Simultaneous consideration of underlying bases of different approaches to organisation is sufficient to confuse to organizer. However, the practical man should not worry much about the controversy between different theory or organisation. While organizing, he should be guided by objectives to be accomplished, availability of resources and type of people he is dealing with and should try to increase organizational effectiveness by attempting to adapt and cope with changes in the environment.
